Smooth Jazz Fans,

WOW........do we have an exciting upcoming event for you on the 7th of September.  Paul "Shilts" Weimar, the front man and founding member of Down To The Bone, will be with us in the chatroom.
Paul's credits run the gamut of musical genres from the jazz/funk of Down To The Bone to the classy vocal stylings of Nancy Wilson and Mel Torme to the soulful sounds of the Temptation and the Four Tops. He's played with them all and although he's firmly situated in the present, he has an honest love for blues and soul which he's displayed on many of his releases.

The new album, Jigsaw Life, introduces a few new pieces to the puzzle where Paul displays a less funky and more gentle side to his music and his style of delivery. Now if you are a Paul "Shilts" Weimar fan, don't let my last statement discourage you.  This album is definitely Shilts and is delivered as only he can, but at the same time giving it to you from a little different perspective.
