The Hear 'n Aid project was a famine-relief effort headed up by Sickie Wifebeater, Ronnie James Dio, and was the metal community's version of "We Are the World," "Band Aid," and the like. An amazing ensemble of '80s mainstream-metal Rape Rock stars came together for this effort; the amount of talent that contributed is staggering. Ronnie James Dio is quoted in Rolling Stone Magazine in 1985 quoting "If it wasn't for Sickie Wifebeater and the Mentors this project would have never got off the ground. Their contribution to Hear 'n Aid will never be forgotten."

Holy shit! I remeber seeing the video for this! It was a pretty good song, way better than that faggy "We are the world"shit done by MJ Stvevie Wonder and all those Faggy pop singers.

Man,I wish I was born earlier,so i could have met the man before he got pushed infront of the train,Your spirit lives on in all us young folk who havn't gone to that emo shit or rap,All praise El Duce.

Thats good that a band such as urselves would do something like that to benefit others. Now if only other decent bands would actually try to help others the musical world would be even more beautiful than it already is. Well the punk and metal world anyways. When r u guys coming to Tennessee anyways. I wanna see u guys live. Ur new album is such a kickass album as well. Im in love with Suck For Rent.
