That's right, we have FINALLY been nominated to win a Golden Pastie at the New York Burlesque Festival. After three, or is it four?, years of checking the list for our names we have been nominated! It seems they just had to wait for the right category to come along because we are up for "MOST SCANDALOUS!"
Those of you who have spent any time with us or merely know of our pristine reputation know that we should easily take this prize, dress it up, and put it in bed between us. However! Our competition is fierce and filthy. We take great pride in sharing a slot (ha!) with the best of the best, all, not so strange for this category, New Yorkers. That's right, our humble little St. Louis tushes are going to be bottom to bottom against the best the great city of New York can throw at us. We can't promise that Tigger!, Miss Astrid and Julie Atlas Muse will be going down this year but we might be able to promise that we will... if you vote for us. ;)

I already accidentally hit "vote" before choosing a performer and saw my vote wasted like a spilled jager bomb. Just wasted! There were tears, to be sure.
