Last Friday saw one of the most colourful, exciting and outrageous Circus's yet! With London’s finest, me included, drag queens and east London kids, I tottered up and down a catwalk in ‘bloodied’ furs courtesy of Samantha from Sex and The City The Movie and Mariah Carey. Yep, this was the ‘Fur Is a Drag’ London Fashion Week.

So here’s how it went. Dressed in donated fur coats and covered in fake blood, I, Lady Lloyd and others made it absolutely clear that fur really is a drag. The fab TV presenter Nicky Hamilton Jones emceed, telling the excited crowds exactly how animals are slaughtered for their fur, and then turned into coats. At the end, I drew all over a rather good looking young man with my MAC lipstick, and we all came on together for a banner unfurling curtain call.
