Exotic location, to be sure. But what brings me to this land of kudzu and mosquitos, rednecks and Airborne man-beaf... inquiring minds demand to know! Well, its a sad tale of a young handicapped girl. *sigh* It all started when I was in Airborne School. "Visit the _____s," my father tells me. First there was the blindness- the poor lass bumping into things in the house, tripping over the dogs, walking into closed doors. Later came the deafness, forcing her parents to yell when asking what ",That loud bumping noise" was, and in turn getting her yelling response. Then, of course, the amputation- and all pandemonium ensued. Little did I know the amount of trouble I would eventually get into for writing this article. However, I'll be leaving tomorrow, so just as long as I'm three thousand miles away by the time the blind young lady reads this I should be okay. Maybe I should start packing.....
