Should I write a blog about this every week?

What the hell is up with people driving in the left lane?  What is this all about?  Are we trying to see how many accidents we can cause?  Do we even know there is another lane or lanes to our right? 

This is no longer an inconvenience.  It's no longer something I see every now and then, roll my eyes, and go on.  This has become an epidemic.

Why?

Is it because there are so many people out there who just never really learned how to drive a vehicle?  Does it have something to do with immigrants - legal and illegal - who really don't understand our culture - THE AUTOMOBILE?  What is it?  I'm dying to find out.

Maybe we could do this:

If you are in the left-hand lane and you are not passing a car, you should be fined $10,000 and your license suspended for 5 years.

Would that do it?
