Mary Velo, Producer/DJ

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Mary Velo relocated to Berlin, DE in August of 2008.
 
Like a perfectly mixed drink, Mary’s music background draws on several genres that combine to
create an original sound and style. Mary Velo started her DJing career in 2006. In 2008, she started producing her own tracks
and remixing others, which quickly generated great reviews, resulting in online exposure through several blogs and thousands of
plays on MySpace.
 
Produced with an edgy and catchy fashion, Mary Velo’s tracks prove that she takes risks and pushes boundaries. Her DJ sets
blend a unique style of deep techno and house, carefully produced to create unforgettable tracks. You can hear her newest DJ

She has played alongside and worked with leading DJs and artists such as Tiefschwarz, Format B, Adam Port, &Me,
EDU K, Sunday Luv, Bonaparte, The Sexinvaders, and has played in highly respected clubs such as Tresor (Berlin, DE) and Nouveau Casino (Paris, FR).  Currently Mary Velo is one of the organizers & DJ resident  at SOAP for dirty bitchez (Berlin, DE).
