The next two months are very exciting, I collect my first official (taxable) rent payment on the first and officially become a landlord/investor! It just feels so.... official... Thank you to all those who helped and supported me, I will return the favor!
School starts on Aug 24 (Mon), I'll be learning part 2 to both Chemistry and Physics at Rose State college.

I went to see the movie district 9 at Tinseltown and its the best I've seen in a while! wicked special effects, brilliant acting, lots of gore, sociology... its brilliant IMHO. Links below, It is very very different from any other alien movie out there, clear your mind of prejudices and go see it.
