A new year has started and that means new members joining Knauskoret. Last year (2007) Knauskoret only had 14 members, which made the UKA-festival a great challenge. In spite of half full voice-groups that made things a little complicated, Knauskoret managed very well. A lot of people came to see our concerts, and there were many smiling faces when we revealed the theme; the 90's (when every fashion was what they then thought was cool, but now we all know better).
This year Knauskoret lost two splendid male vocals, but 8 new singers joined the choir, and finally Knauskoret was at its full potential. The new Knauskoret has had its first rehearsal week-end, and this year's repertoire are full of slow, quick, melancholic, fun, complicated and simple vocal pieces. We promise you an interesting concert the 11 of April 2008!
For those who like singing, choir or simply want to try something new for a change, you are all welcome to our concert!
