Please remember that regardless of whether or not your club is spending money or using a college vehicle while traveling you still need to submit a completed Travel Request Form and Itinerary. Additionally, the time frame for submitting this type of Travel Request is a full two (2) weeks prior to the date of travel.
If your club is planning on staying overnight anywhere you will need to submit your paperwork a full month prior to the first date of travel--late paperwork will not be accepted.
