The foreclosure loophole also works in Canada. My friends used it a year ago. They sent a letter stating that if it could be proven that there was a company owed money, they would pay the amount immediately. They stated that if the company did not respond in 10 days, the contract would be null and void. (the tactics the credit companies use. lol) They still have their house and have not heard a word about repossession or paying their mortgage.
