Wedgies, wet willies and hiding in the locker these are the things we think of when we remember our youth. Get ready to relive your childhood with the game Bully. Rockstar games present this prepubescent action game. Rockstar games have been known to break the rules with titles like Midnight Club and the notorious Grand Theft Auto. Bully is no exception.
You are Jimmy Hopkins. You have a rap sheet of truancy, vandalism and fighting. Your parents have sent you away to Bullsworth academy. A school fill privilege miscreants all you can do is to get though it. You interact with different clique: the jocks, greasers, preps, bullies, and nerds. Each mission you accomplish builds your reputation on campus. As you build your reputation, different groups would approach to do favors for them in exchange for cash. Your standing with different clique can go up or down depending on the goal.
Since you are in school you have to go class. Going to class means completing assignments once you complete your assignments you upgrade abilities such as learning new fighting moves, making firecrackers and talking to girls.
Since you can't shoot hookers in this game you are resorted to other means. You have an arsenal of firecrackers stink bombs, marbles and a slingshot. You can duke it out like a man with uppercuts, grapple moves and jabs. You can socialize with other classmates by talking to them, diss them and pick on nerds and give them wedgies.
The graphics in this game are superior to the Grand Theft Auto Franchise. In Bully the environments are lush and expansive for a school. The whole campus is an open environment to explore.
In conclusion, this game delivers what is expected from the fine people of Rockstar. This game delivers juvellie humor. Game play is open ended with side missions. What looks like a generic mundane game turns out to be really fun. I give this game an A.
