Hi everyone,

This year is getting busier and busier for us - a part time band with day jobs!

It’s great that we’re getting more and more requests to play new places by venues or by our friends on here. We also find that we’re getting booked back at places we already play far in advance. For example, the Empire in Belfast booked us for a September gig back in January BEFORE we’d even played our February date there!

We’ve recently added a show at the Snooty Fox in Wakefield after being asked to get a gig there from Si (thanks for the help mate). Also, the Railway in Ipswich asked us to play there - hence our August date that’s listed on our page and website.

We’re also happy to be returning to the Standard in Walthamstow as Deft Leppard (4 of us played there regularly as Being Jovi about 4 years ago +). What makes the date doubly appealing is that we’ve teamed up with a top notch tribute to make it a double headline show. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be sharing the stage with Dave Lee Wrath (http://www.dlwband.com/) on July 5th. Anyone who doesn’t know, they’re a tribute to "Diamond" Dave Lee Roth as a solo artist and from the early days in Van Halen.

With a repeat show at the Robin in Bilston alongside "The Essential Journey"  on July 13th, a couple of other double headlines with Whitesnake tributes in the pipeline, as well as a possibility of double headliners with Motley Crue, Bon Jovi and Bryan Adams tributes, it’s getting really exciting here at Deft Leppard HQ.

We always say it, but it’d be great to meet as many of you as possible at some of our forthcoming shows!!!!
