This is not very crucial issue but its open many mouth and different person have different views, While Indian supreme had ordered that 16 old girl can be married and there is no rape charges for that person whose married women under 18. The point is not that government have to restrict under age people to drink or even government have to take hard step when teen health issue are involved, but on the other hand, while we are living in hi-tech professional area its seems like to be funny that we restrict person to drink in the public area and hotels and bars who yet not reach at the age of 25. But the real point is that whether is that rule be affective at the point, while school going kids learn smoking and drinking and watching adult movies.

                   According to survey, average age of alcohol fallen in India, before that young guys taste alcohol when they reached at the age of 28, while the teen of the age 16 now habitual to take alcohol on regularly basis.
