That’s right folks. I recently recorded a cover of Coldplay’s ‘Yellow’ for a Starbucks Valentines Day Compilation out now in the US. It’s in all the stores and on itunes too so check it out if you fancy hearing my slower stripped down version.
I am really happy with how it turned out, very beautiful methinks. I produced the song and enlisted the great talents of Jeff Atmajian on piano. (Jeff informed me during the process that I could give Streisand a run for her money with all my notes, I took that as a compliment..!)

P.S. I will find out if and when it is going to be released worldwide but in the meantime maybe it'll end up on youtube for all to see/hear :)

your cover is so amazing! i love it more than the original. who composed the piano for it? its marvelous. and Jem, your voice sounded so much more beautiful in that song than I have ever heard it. congratulations on that achievement.

That's so exciting! DCFC and She & Him also have tracks, but that's a bonus. I would get this just so I can hear your version of "Yellow." One of my favorite all-time songs, even though I try to admit I don't like Coldplay... ;)
