He will then ask you to relay a message to her saying that he knows she is a good girl and she should let him go and find love again.

Sonia is now in ....Athens...., where she has been waiting for Elmer since he left. However, she’s now an old lady with grey hair on her head. She knows Elmer must be gone, but she refuses to accept it and continues to wait. When you give her the message, she understands, but will continue to stay in ....Athens...., awaiting the time when she will join him in heaven...

The quest is Strong Man’s Tender Feelings. The reward for it is a bottle of 2.5X Holy EXP Potion.
