So how far does the heart stretch? 1,10,100,10000 miles?

I guess that's not really a logical question, but who's counting right?

I don't think it is measurable, you feel it, and you feel how potent it is... kind of like beig drunk, the more you have, the more intoxicating it becomes. 

However, when it breaks down, much like being drunk, you'll get on hell of a hang over, and by that I mean... self destructive headache of self loathing.

One thing being in love at arms length teaches you is the ability to be drunk and hungover at the same time.  I mean you're working towards something special, meaningful and your partner is equally in love.  However, every moment of non-contact, every unreturned call, text, email, are hammer blows... until a brief 5 second explanation puts you right back on track.

So what happens when you get face to face, arm in arm, and heart to heart with who you've been persuing?  Wellll, I wouldn't know.  Atleast It's not something in my life at this point, so to speak.

Long distance relationships are on the rise, it's true, much more popular than ever before, you have independance, but you have a safety net.  However Love at arms length poses a new question.  When you get to that point where you are plummeting towards that net, are you going to land safely in it's embrace, or break right through that net left for dead on the 5am side walk of an unsuspecting baron terrain.

I dont really know wy I wrote this, but It may have something to do with my recent lifestyle change, not playing games online with others, taught me that those relationships with people are addictable... they become your family, friends, and in some cases, love interests.

Love and Friendship at arms length is one hell of a wake up call...  be ready... because it's stronger tha you can ever imagine it to be.
