Day 652 (11/24/08) Double 3 Kids?
This morning began with BJ reviewing the movie Twilight...he saw it with his daughter. The movie is based in Forks Washington, and we learned that Forks is not only the Logging Capitol of the World, but also it rains more there than anywhere else in America! The film stars Kristen Stewart, who was also in that movie Jumper...and here is Bj's review of Twilight: "Go see Jumper instead." BJ did say it was a well done movie, but meant for a teenage girl, not an adult. It sounds like a stupid Emo version of a vampire movie.

How about Double R went to the Apple Cup in Pullman, he said the game was awesome, but what I found to be hilarious was where he stayed for the night. Apparently Dub & his bro went without a room reserved so they ended up at a Frat house & gambled for their residency...if they won a game of beer pong, they would get to spend the night at the house. Well, they won...did I mention Double R is in his 30's? At what point do you give up on sleeping on a couch from the 80's that reeks of stale beer? All I know is that I am glad that I said "NO" when he asked me on Friday if I wanted to make the trek to Pullman with him.
Instead...on Saturday I went to the Alderwood Mall with my girlfriend...thank god we went there instead of the other mall we talked about going to...The South Center Mall. Why you ask? Well, at the exact time we were at the Alderwood, there was a gang related shooting at the South Center Mall that led to the mall getting locked down & it was hellish to get out of that area. Although...I don't know what is worse...the traffic to get out of the South Center Mall or dealing with the Kiosk morons at the Alderwood Mall. It's a real toss up.
Speaking of morons...I saw a lot of people wearing shorts this weekend, and my girlfriend texted me today saying she saw someone in shorts this morning. Seriously? It's winter. Cold. Stupid!

Henry Rollins was on the show today...damn, that guy rules! Henry will be at the Moore Theater on Wednesday night doing his spoken word. i know, the idea of seeing someone doing spoken word seems about as appealing as watching paint dry, but Henry is a different animal...he is not only thought proving, but delivers his words in a raw, and funny way.
Right before Hawk Talk, Double R dropped a bomb on us...saying that there might be a third addition to the Double R clan....as he informed us that Yoko is running a little late if you know what I mean. Wow. Which led to this great email from Scotty Don't:
