Well it's Memorial Day Weekend.  The economy is in the crapper and you know you're not going anywhere, but you still want to have some fun and celebrate this holiday the way it was meant to be celebrated - by listening to great music, drinking a ton and eating a lot of meat.  So on that note let me offer you an awesome suggestion: Sybil at The County Seat in Georgetown, TX, this Saturday night. That's right, Sybil will provide the great music and The County Seat will provide the awesome food and drinks. (Disclaimer: I have not eaten any of the food there, so I can't personally speak to the tastiness of The County Seat's cuisine, however I have seen many people eating even with Sybil rocking their faces off. And anyone that has had their face rocked off knows how hard it is to eat in that situation, so I think that's a pretty solid endorsement of how good the food is. On another note, I have had a variety of the tasty beverages provided by the crack bartender, Shawn, and I can definitely vouch for his mixology skills. I think the man's got a Ph.D.)
