OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City man is pulled over and accused of threatening the President's life.

The controversy all stems from a homemade sign that reads "Abort Obama, Not the Unborn." The sign's maker taped it inside his truck window. An Oklahoma City police officer decided it was a threat and confiscated the sign.

A police spokesman admits that was a bad decision. The sign was quickly returned.

The man who made the sign recalls the conversation he had with police.

Chip Harrison says, "I said do you know what abort means? The officer said it means to kill, so you're saying to kill the president. I said no. This is an anti-abortion sign, not about a threat on our president."

The secret service even came to Chip's home to investigate, but quickly dropped the case.
