Along with an upcoming U.S. tour in Sept, Virginia based down-tempo
punishing doom metal act SALOME will release their next full-length
through Profound Lore records.
Already
making quite a reputation with their self-titled debut and their
crushing live performances, the three-piece (namely vocalist Kat,
guitarist Rob Moore, and drummer Aaron Deal) are currently writing
material for their sophomore album and plan on entering the studio late
this year to deliver their most punishing material to date. Expect the
next Salome full-length to drop sometime first half of 2010. In the
meantime, along with an upcoming split LP with Louisiana sludge gods
THOU, Salome will be hitting the road this September with BATTILUS and
