Current mood: worried Category: Religion and Philosophy
Now first and foremost i do believe in God, Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit. But the reason i say end religion is because religion today has become so bland. So routine. It no longer has any feeling. It's all just so orchestrated. As well as putting labels upon ourselves, such as Christians, Catholics, Pentecostal Christians, Baptist Christians, Etc. I believe we shouldn't divide the Body of Christ in such a way or anyway as a matter of fact. Where's the unity Jesus taught us? Religion is no longer about a relationship between man and his Creator. From what i see it's wake up Sunday morning report to church and when its done go back to normal life. In my opinion I don't want that. I want a relationship. I want my beliefs to be a lifestyle in which i incorporate my everyday life into. Not just one day in the week I just squeeze into my life. Religion stays at the church along with the tears you cry there. I personally want more. So what I'm trying to say is end the division. Make it a relationship, a lifestyle, not a label. I am not an atheist. I am not a christian. I am not a catholic. I am follower of God. A Disciple of Christ.
