At this time he is being held in Eloy (?) for deportation. He was brought here from Mexico as a child and grew up in PHX his whole life. Basically, because of a legal incident back in October and prior to that, its making it hard to give him residency status, for which his family has been fighting for for a long time.
Well, I put his sister-via my brother MAV- in touch with the attorney that I work for who is not only an immigration attorney but an advocate as well. The legal fees can get high so I had made a suggestion that along with Sol Camp, there should be a fundraiser from the AZ hip hop community. I say this because for those of you who do know G Boxer know that he is a BIG supporter to AZ Hip Hop. That dude gives much love to the community and is at EVERY show.
I know, I know its just another legal issue, blah blah. But here's the thing, he's not going to jail for like 5 mos and getting out and coming home...he will be KICKED OUT OF THE COUNTRY and not be able to return to the only home hes actually known.
