Here is just a sampling of the breads we make, from scratch, at our shoppe:
Large and small white, lg. and sm. whole wheat, lg. and sm. light rye, lg. and sm. caraway light rye, dark rye, potato, vienna, lg. and sm. french, cracked wheat, sourdough, english muffin, 7-grain, swedish limpa, swedish rye, cheese-onion bread, chili, oatmeal and two breads that are sugar and shortening free: chibatta (which is a white crispy crusted bread) and our extremely popular German 6-grain (full of lots of good stuff like flax seed, rye & wheat flour, corn, oats, barley, sesame and millet). All of our breads are either preservative free or use natural preservatives.  They freeze well and taste great!
