So we played kildaires manayunk on thursday.

It went pretty well. The Magic was fantastic. Bomb Shelter was one the of the most glorious experiences it has ever been.

A few of our other new songs, well, we noticed they need work in a few areas we haven't seen. We're playing again on Wednesday on South Street (lickety split). The phillies are playing, so it will be interesting to see if anyone is willing to watch music while playoff baseball is happening. I would venture to say "yes".

Anyway, i personally am looking forward to the following 28-day break between wednesday at lickety and next month at kildaires again- there's nothing like a good month of reptitive beat-it-into-my-brain practice, until the song falls out like an 8 year old's tooth. Then we'll put it under our pillow on november 18th, and hopefully wake up to some money the 19th at kildaires.

Anyway, our new songs are called:
The Magic (words by Philip DiWilliams)
Miss the Point (words by Scotty Niezgoda and JAM Murray)
Fossil Records (words by Scotty Niezgoda and JAM Murray)
Change Religions (words by Philip DiWilliams)

another one that's fitting in with our new songs is In a Bomb Shelter in the Future. When we record our EP, perhaps that'll be on it.

Keep your ears out, we're working on a lot of new matieral. Including what is currently being referred to as:

Shoegaze Song
Adam's Song in Seven
and, Phil's New Idea which he Hasn't Yet Shown the Band

I love you more than you could imagine. And i haven't even seen you naked yet. Imagine how much i'll love you then.

With love,

Your Friend Phil DiWilliams, of Shining TV Screen
