I have two hubs in support of David de Rothschild, who is currently out at sea on his Plastiki expedition. Anyway the other day I was talking to my friend Jill, who had come to stay in Tenerife and look after my cat for a week while I took a brief holiday back to Wales. I told her about my hubs about David and how I intended to see if I could personally contact him when he finishes his expedition to raise awareness about recycling and the pollution of the oceans with plastic.

Imagine my surprise to find that when we got back to my apartment when I logged into my email box I found an alert from Twitter to say that David de Rothschild is following you!

Naturally I am following him back! The synchronicity of this was amazing and wouldn't it be equally amazing if he has been reading what I had posted!
