Wow guys! The crowd was huge Saturday in West Frankfort! I showed up after the 1st band, Concrete Cradle. I had to work and couldn't get out of it. From what I hear, they saved the day! Turns out the power amp kept overheating and shutting down on Joey. His vocals were intermittent. They played on! For 2 hours! Yep. One band had to cut out of the line-up at the last minute, and they covered for 'em. Adversity in Red kicked ass as always! They put on an energetic show. Artifakt had a few problems with the power amp as well, but it all came clean after about 3 songs. I just powered the vocals through my guitar amp head while Larry fixed the power amp issue. They took off like a slingshot after that! 1134 impressed the crowd with their 1st time out as 1134 (2 of the guys used to be "Aminion." Quite a tight band, very talented guitars! ANTENORA. What can I say? I think if the Park District people hadn't shut down the power DURING a SOLO!, they would've drained the electricity anyways! I have no idea how Livesay plays that damn fast! I'm sure it cost the Park plenty of money to provide electricity for such a loud fast solo, and they got pissed. Nah, it was 8:30pm and they weren't kidding. JERKS!! We had a pretty good set (we played BEFORE Antenora). Cooper broke a string, but recovered by headbanging for the crowd! Larry did some break dancing. It was a good time.
So. THANK YOU ALL for showing up and making us smile. Oh, and the stupid fucks who stole the hotdog buns (all 6 full packages) and MY personal Ketchup and Mustard from my refrigerator. FUCK YOU! Don't bother coming to another show! You can stay home alone with my condiments up your sorry anus! I hate liars the worst, and thieves are next in line. That being said, We're looking forward to seeing you all out and about soon! We have several shows set up in the area this summer. Look at our schedule. For the most part, we'll be playing with the same bands you seen this past Saturday in some form or fashion. There are others as well. Artifakt is hooking us up like crazy! Thanks guys! If you get a chance, check the other bands' schedules and go watch them perform LIVE again!

I know they have busy schedules as they're all working hard to help promote metal in Southern Illinois. Thanks to everyone else for coming out. We really enjoyed your company, ALL 300 of you who showed up! Wow man. It's 2 days later and I am still overwhelmingly humbled by your coming out to hang out with us. We'll have to do it again! Anybody have any ideas how? or where? We can hook it up, if you can find the space. I'm sure I speak for the rest of the guys when I say:
