Hi Everybody!!! I have a few things that I would like to share with you. I recently read something that compares our mind to a beautiful garden. Like a fertile rich garden, our minds will blossom if we don't let the weeds of fear, anger disappointment or any other negative thoughts take root. We wouldn't put toxic waste, like worries, anxieties, fretting about the past and brooding over the future on our beautiful roses. These things wreak havoc in the garden of your mind.I would like to encourage you to stand guard at the gate of your garden(mind) and make neagative thoughts feel like unwanted visitors and leave. Simply redirect your focus on a beautiful thought that makes you feel good and the negative thought will be deleted. We have absolute dominion over our minds, we control what we think about at any given moment. What really seperates people who are habitually upbeat and optimistic from those who are consistently miserable is how they interpret and process life's circumstances. There is a bright side to every circumstance, you just have to have the courage to look for it.There are no mistakes in life, only lessons, only opportunities to grow, learn and advance along. To savor the good, one must know the bad..The law of nature ensues that when one door closes, another one opens.Check out this quote( I can't remember who said it) "When you learn to take control of your thoughts and vividly imagine all that you desire from this worldly existence in a state of total expectancy, dormant forces awaken inside you and you will begin to unlock the true potential of your mind to create the kind of magical life that everyone deserves." I beleive that this is something that God gave us. In our search for eternal happiness, we must first realize that we are all connected and what we do for others, we do for ourselves. Live to give. We must treat others the way we want to be treated because in actuality we are all the same, we are all one. Thank you for your time and I hope that I have made a positive difference in your lives. God Bless You all and You know how much I love you!!!
Much love and appreciation,
~Amuka~
