So an irate customer (or as I like to call them, a whiny bitch) comes into my store today. I like most people who shop at my store. But some of them, some of them you just want to kick in the nuts (or the box, depending on their gender).

So anyway this woman got all upset with me because I wouldn't let her use a $5 off coupon that expired 3 months ago. She said the manager always let her use these copons. I told her I was the manager. She said no the short skinny kid who used to work in the mornings. I said we fired him about 3-4 months ago. She said he always let her use these coupons. So I very nicely explained math to her, and said 3-4 months ago when he worked here, those coupons hadn't expired yet.

She looked at me like I just told her I like to masturbate with a cheese grater. She said "Fine, I'll just pay the five dollars, but I am telling you that the other manager ALWAYS let me use these coupons!" I didn't have the patience to explain to her what expired means....I LOVE RETAIL!!!
