DEATH ANGEL - INTERVIEW W/ SINGER MARK OSEGUEDA
  San Francisco Bay Area thrashers DEATH ANGEL played the Jalometalli Festival in Oulu, Finland on Saturday, August 15, 2009 where lead singer Mark Osegueda was recently interviewed. The interview clip can be viewed by clicking here or the image to the upper right.

DEATH ANGEL guitarist Rob Cavestany had this to say about the experience:
"It's great to be back home but we miss Finland already! What a blast we had headlining the Jalometalli Festival last weekend! 20 years have come and gone since we were last there and the fans were as crazy as they were 2 decades ago.
We played a 95 minute set and it felt like it was over so fast. Time sure does fly when you are having fun. Special thanks to Ari and all at Full Steam. Also the entire staff working the festival were totally pro and made for a smooth event. Horns up to each and every one of you!
Last but not least, thank you to all our fans in Finland and beyond that came out to ROCK with us. You rule! Insane circle pit going from beginning to end of our set! See you all again when we return next year! Kippis!”

DEATH ANGEL recently issued a DVD (and separate CD in the North American territory) with two full-length concerts filmed in Germany. Entitled Sonic German Beatdown - Live In Germany, the package includes footage from the 2007 edition of the Rock Hard Festival and a 2008 performance in Adelsheim.
