For those of us that loved Windir, its especially great to see that the subgenre of SognaMetal still lives on. Most of the former members of Windir created Vreid, if I have not misunderstood things completely. And Mistur was created in 2005. Strom, the former guitarist in old Windir, (with the awsome soloparts) now is leadguitar in Mistur.

Kennth Mellum, the drummer in Blodsgard is now also member of Mistur. We all support him in pounding the very unique metal of Sogndal alive! 

Mistur has just released their first full-length album called "Attende". It has generated some pretty great critics. Check out their album! Its worth the while. 



Other news:

Blodsgard will be heading into studio late september/early november if all goes as planned. We will be recording our first EP. And belive me, its going to crush skulls!!!
