30 Years of Entertainment, Celebrated in One Week Long Party!!!!
The Bench and Bar Northern California's Premier Latino Nightclub is proud to announce it's 30th Year Anniversary which will be a week long event starting Monday, October 13th with our Grand Gala on Saturday, October 18th. As the Largest Latino Night Club in Northern California we would like to invite you to join us and help celebrate this spectacular event.
The Bench and Bar opened it's doors in October of 1978 and at the time owned by a Judge and a Lawyer which is how the club got it's name. The club was located at 120 11th street and in July of 2004 the bar was relocated to a much larger location at 2111 Franklin Street. Through the 30 years Bench and Bar has evolved with the times and taste of it's customers always giving back to the community, it is estimated the club has given over hundreds of thousands dollars to charities and organizations in the gay community.
From sexy go-go boys, to drag shows, to pageants, to Latin cowboys the club has something to offer everyone. Open 7 nights and days with each night you can find something different featuring a variety of music genres including Hip Hop, Old School, R&B, Rap, House, and a wide range of Latin music.
As the leader in "Latin Entertainment" for over 17 years our Latin Explosion Parties which take place every Friday night feature sexy Latin go-go boys and artist such as Lucia Mendez, Amber, Anais, Adassa as well as many more over the years. Every Saturday night the club is packed with sexy Latin cowboys and is one of the most unique parties in Northern California. Monday nights with our Latino Lunes events we lead the pack with some of our unique contest such as Mr. Gay Latino, Ms. Hispanidad, and many more.
The club has been featured as the "Premier Club" in many news articles and publications as well as being awarded hundreds of awards by the community as well as the City, County and State.
