Well, the other shoe has dropped. Perhaps that should be rephrased as the other Biblical strappy sandal has dropped. Now the developer is suing Rutherford County for some 2 million for its lost opportunity and hurt feelings. This is coming from the first developer rep, the oily New Yorker, not the Waspy ringer they slid in later when #1 guy torqued everyone off.
