Current mood:ambitious
Myspace is a funny thing. I think it's fair to say that it's helped me get some really great exposure and find people who might not hear of my tunes otherwise. There are days I go out searching for people who might enjoy my music and there are days where I respond to the messages and comments. (It might take a while, but I try to respond to everyone). If I spent more time on myspace I'd personally thank everyone who chooses to have me as a friend via accepting or adding. But I'm not going to pay someone to add friends for me or to manage my page because I'm not looking to be the next colbie callait or whatever other myspace success story. Hopefully I gain a few fans/friends here and there but I would rather dedicate my energy and time to creating something everyone will enjoy. Thanks for all the support and positive response, it really means a lot to me.

It's always a huge surprise to me when I click on someone's page and my music starts playing. I don't know everyone who is doing that. But I'd like to thank the people that I know have added my song to their page at some point.

Hootenanny (v89.7) - the first radio station and interview I've ever had. (extra thanks for DJ Mannes who's a top friend)
Lily Reisman - a person I was fortunate enough to come across and talk life with. wrote my first newspaper article. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=30003276
Kenny - a good friend of mine who's shared a lot of insight and ideas with me in our short time of knowing each other in tallahassee.
Tanya - www.myspace.com/yomamaeatscheese
Tanya - www.myspace.com/proveitmom
Michael - www.myspace.com/michaelcraig (2 songs that i know of)
www.myspace.com/badkidnextdoor

apologies if i forgot anyone, I'm sure there are adds I don't know about. let me know if i left you out and i'll your page to the list.

Played at this killer BBQ the other week at Rick Bottari's place the other week (check out his music at www.myspace.com/rickbottari), it was a really great laid back environment with musicians and music lovers (and great greened hot dogs). Something may be going down the 4th of july and if you missed the last one I really recommend trying to make it out there then.

Working with a stellar artist J. Paninipie for some promotional designs and cover art stuff. things are looking really neat and i can't wait for you to see some of the work she produces.

Started working on the album with a really great engineer. I think this is really going to be something and I can't wait to spend some time on it.

And for others who have been extremely supportive by coming out to shows and/or for the meaningful conversations. thank you for the experiences. Scotty, victoria + the whole kai extension, Catherine, Shara of Bitter:Sweet (new album and tour soon), megan (violinist on the tracks), janice, wolf, winter, txl, tim chu, gtang, jolene, steph, rachel, priscilla, aster, danielle, chu, dan choi, jubilee, la: shane (for the levis that i wear everyday) kait, kate, and katie for all times we sat and talked last summer, ryan mann, claire, omar, manu, jake, andrew, kevin, sarah j, v, korre, joanna, rich, chanel, ralph, gerald, matt, brenda, angela, hamsa, reena, mal, emily, lauren b, k, bruce (for coming to all the shows in la), tallahasse listeners: manley, donnaven, travis, ian, anthony, justine, leigh, erma (for the vibe and writing songs i wish i could), jen, clare, claire, sheriff, kristen neas, jennie, bryan (guitarist on blankets), liz, j diaz (sax on blankets), graham, daria, daniel, erin, lukas, will, nico, jeremy dudman (bassist for fair fortune), rmb.

This was never meant to be a long list of people naming. but if you know me as a person you probably know that I'm horrible with keeping in touch. truth? yes. I know that along the way there may be more and more supporters as more opportunities and exposure comes up. but i wanted to take the time out for those who are here from the beginning. hopefully a few years from now i'll be skimming through old entries.. this is my thanks from the beginning (for those on the list now, feel free to contact me for vip/guestlist spots on future shows)

thanks for reading and for all the mcluvin.
