So I know what you've recently been asking yourself....do these Somali pirates really think they can defeat the British Navy? I think they do. The other question you've been asking yourself is "where has the cut off been?" Well, let me provide you some answers.
Me and some guys from school had a band and we tried real hard. Jake quit, Jayson got married... should have known we would never get far. Seriously though, Jake quit and Jayson got married. After 6 years of living the rock star life style full of parties at the playboy mansion, coke addictions, and VH1 documentaries, Jake has decided to retire. He will now be pursuing a full time career in calligraphy while training for a Broadway musical.
Needless to say, this has slowed the cut off's momentum to a Kirstie Alley-like pace. Over the past couple of months, we have been auditioning candidates to take over on the thunderskins. After turning away Danny Carey and Carter Beauford, we appear to be settling on a candidate who meets all the criteria we're looking for (someone who has a beard, has seen Ernest Goes to Camp, has worked for Karl Lynch, and has attempted to fist fight John Mayer). Josh will be debuting with us on November 7th at the Moon in Fort Worth. This will be your first chance to see the cut off since our brief hiatus.
I know you've missed us but we're coming back even stronger. Now that the shock is over and you've let your guard down, we're storming back at you like a 2nd tsunami plowing through Sumatra.
