That will be bigger...not as big as some past ones, but still, bigger than this one. I know what you're thinking...Get your mind out of the gutter.
Listening to the world's-most-hated comedian right now, Dane Cook's new CD, come on now, he doesn't suck. Still makes me giggle.
Shout out to Nikita because she asked for one when I ran into her in H&M in Downtown SF, cause sometimes that happens when you live in SF.
I last wrote in october? what's happened since then? There was Halloween, some Keenan psycho babblng, me passing out too early, and a trip to Los Angeles.
Little Los Angeles recap: you could say the trip began with me killing time with Kira in downtown SF where I carried a duffle bag around, into stores like Juicy (her idea, however, there is a guy's section, I don't know why, o well, it's San Francisco), & Urban Outfitters where the sensors went off on me, I didn't look suspicious with a duffle bag or anything.
Got to LA w/ Chris early Friday morning & met up with steve at the airport, where we hopped on the Big Blue Bus which he had to convince us really existed.
Got to Santa Monica, went to Ralph's, I was a stingy Jew (Happy Hanukkah, and I'm Jew-ish, only half) and didn't chip in on groceries (steve didn't pay me for his Brand New/Thrice concert ticket) so i let him purchase my pizza minis. Steve lives in a commune type place, it's like 20-25 people, ages 18 (steve) - 60 somethin - (Bill). & a girl named Dallas, yay, that wasn't confusing. After meeting some people I might call hippies...there were bongs EVERYWHERE...we went to the Promenade in Santa Monica to a restaurant called Yankee Doodle, where Luke Wilson walked by, ooo ya. saw American Gangster, then a girl on a guitar told me she loved my Mute Math shirt.
LA's public transp. sucks, "Go Metro!" is their slogan. Give us transfers damn it, I don't want to pay $.75 every time I get on a bus.
Saturday, after sleeping outside, I ate fruity pebbles and we almost ran over Bill-the 60 something guitar playin, new to skateboarding guy. That night was Brand New & Thrice which rocked. After it may have been the most entertaining...we got on a bus, a full bus, complete with the oddest set of people in downtown LA at 1 AM on a Sat. night. Like a clown, a clown who kept telling people that they "Need to wash unda dere aums." & a bus driver who refused the rest of the people tryin to get on, some yelled "Fuck You Bitch!" at her from the sidewalk, she would reply, "Look who's walking". There was also a nice "You go to hell." "No, You go to hell!" argument between the driver and a passenger.
Got back late, slept outside again, sunday morning I went to the bathroom real quick, came back to find a hippie sleeping on my outdoor couch, ON MY PILLOW. then found out we had set the clocks back, so it was really 7 AM. ugh. & I had a fresh bug bite under my eye, awesome. & there was a plate of weed on the community offering part of the kitchen counter, ha.
Left LA that night, so that was that trip. An adventure w/ Chris & Steve for sure.
