Anyone knows that, MySpace is "a place for friends". How cool it is to find every morning or so kind and/or funny comments hailing from all over the world to greet the band, or as they often say "just passing by dropping a hello".

How sweet.

Now this is for people who mistake MySpace as a place for ads : your tour dates / flyers / personal ads for bands and new demos or records will be erased, removed, and puked on if they don't come along with a "real" message. It doesn't take much time to say hello and it will help keeping a cool spirit between "friends".

I agree.

Nothing annoys me more than bands plugging their stuff on your page when you've already added them

if you've added them, you must like it right? therefore they don't need to advertise on your pages.
