Stand-up comedy is usually censored in one way or another. This is usually done to avoid injuring the delicate sensibilities of those people in the audience who are either too sensitive, too easily offended or too politically correct. Those people are not invited to Dark Blue.
Q.) So, it's just a comedy show with "dirty" comedians?
A.) Nope. Actually, the comics performing on Dark Blue were chosen specifically because they are not known for being "dirty".
Q.) Will Dark Blue be vulgar?
A.) Probably. But that is not the point of the show. The idea was to get some great comedians and let them perform the material that they can never do on TV or Radio, or on a cruiseship, or at your company's corporate christmas party.
Q.) Who are these comics and where have I seen them?
A.) These are the guys:
Tom Dustin- Fox News, tours nationally
Joe List- Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham", VH-1
Tim Kaelin- Opens for Dave Attell, Jim Norton
Jason Kanter- Caroline's NYC, tours nationally
Juston McKinney- The Tonite Show, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central
