Human Effluence is a 1 man grind/death project that spews for some really intense, sick and blistering MEAL !!! Influenced by the likes of Cannibal Corpse, Avulsed, Lividity, Torsofuck, and many others, Human Effluence shred right through these 10 songs and doesnt let up at all along the way. The guitars are nice and crunchy and thick sounding and the drums sound a bit technical at time. That is a rarity forthe drums to sound like this on this type of release. although programmed, They sound pretty damned professional. As for the vocals, lets just say they are typical of this genre. Lyrics are included with this release but trying to follow along even with lyrics is a job withing itself.
The production seems to be top notch even though this was a self released cd. The whole artwork and packaging bring an added sense of professonalism to the finished product. Chris Dearing is most definitely a hard worker when it comes to creating and awesome metal release. This is one of the better underground releases in 2008. He has done an excellent job all the way around. All of the songs here are sure to satisfy any gore thirsty Metalhead no matter where you are. This type of release is definitely my cup of tea. I enjoed this disc from the get go...My only bitch is that I couldn't understand and follow along with the lyrics as i mentioned before. Otherwise this was a damn fine example of intensity and passion. Keep your eyes on this project..I know I will.
