do all boats stay afloat?
some sink in the stream
some disappear
ne'er again to be seen
do all planes fly?
most - and most fly straight
some do mid-air summersaults
some take off, land late
do all trains hold the track?
fuel burning day and night
pollution we can't undue
as cliches - smoke comes out trite
do cars keep us safe?
speeding down the gravel road
seat belts our optional saviors
choose to have us as they hold
