Hi everyone, I’m 23 and have had what appears to be KP since I was approx 10 years old. Despite several doctors visits, nobody has been able to give me a name for the condition until now!

Until recently, the bumps and reddened skin just affected my arms, but it now seems to be spreading to my legs and back as well, so I’ve decided to do some of my own research, which is how I stumbled across this forum.

I’m willing to try virtually anything, so any suggestions you have, please let me know! :please

If I find anything that actually helps or stops the spread of it, I’ll be sure to let you know too!

There is no way of stopping it spreading I don't think.
I've had it as long as I can remember, my mum always said to make sure I moisturise everyday and that helps it to make it smoother and less noticeable. She also says its worse in the teenage years so probably as you get older it'll just start to go away. She is 50 and she had it all her life, her arms are now smooth and you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever there, so don't worry :)
