Počni da se baviš solarnom yogom.Svaki dan gledaš u sunčev zalazak ili izlazak.
Prvih dana gledaš desetak sekundi i to vreme gledanja povećavaš iz dana u dan.
Pa ,sve tako do 45 minuta.Vidimo se na Suncu!
