Okay .....Michael Vick is being crucified.....no career .....no sneaker contract....no love....the politicians are killing people....no one is bitchin about that.....he kills dogs.....or may have  (innocent til proven guilty----okay guilty til proven innocent....this is amerikkka).....but i know dogfighting is bad...but humans do it all the time...anyway executing any living being is wrong and thats if he did such a malicious act.....hes getting crucified....Nichole Richie did a dispicable 82 minute for drunk driving.....if she was poor its a year at least.....(Bc poor people have bs horrible lawyers)....Paris (D***S***) Hiton did like three weeks....if it was that.....then she got a TV special on Larry King....What in the world.....and oh yeah the hell with Britney Spears also......(I hope she stays bald...lol)....Lisa Lohan got a day for a high profile police chase......im surprised its not on you tube....lmao.....then she said the black guys in the car made her do it .....WHAT THE FU-------welll you know whre that was headed.....if she was poor ...shed still be sitting in a cell....better yet if she was FOXY BROWN shed still  be in a cell.....the double standards of having money is out of control.....this is not a land of equality....bc regular people do time.....real time .....not MaRTHA im Jewish with money time Stewart.....evnetually it ll be an uprisng of some sorts.,....like a protests or a petition....but it takes years for them to work....sometimes decades....oh my fault i dont think they have ever worked....so anyway Vick will continue to be attacked  like the JENA 6 ....(if you dont know goto www.thecolorofchange.com)   and Lisa Lohan and friends will continue to snort drink fight and blame their mishaps on black people......

I agree Greg, but unfortunatly thats the country we live in. Thats why its imperative for people who where blessed with the same celebrity, and financial wealth to speak out . Because in this country, money walks and bullshit rots in jail. Also, Britney needs to grow her hair back, did you see the size of the head? Shes needs to camouflage that shit:)

That is so true my brother! There are two different sets of laws, and there is one for the blacks and the other for the whites. I guess that is what they mean by, "Being white and privileged in America". Black rich or poor does not mean a freakin thing...there is no separation...as long as ya Black is DOOM! They (white man) can take ya life with the stoke of a pen. Black people must continue to educate themselves, because the school districts around the nation are being run by whites, who do not give a freakin crap about you, me or our children! Racism is still alive in growing/spreading strong in America and must continue to stand up and fight and stop sitting on the couch with the remote in our hands watching BET, which is own by MTV who continue to put these stereotypes about the black community in the living of these Crackers! When is the time for the REVOLUTION? By any means necessary! Respect ME or Put Me to Death...Peace and Blessings!

I don't agree... Michael Vick committed a felony... he participated in activites that HE KNEW were illegal and therefore there should be legal actions taken against him. Where he faulted, BIG TIME, was not admitting it in the first place. And to set the record straight he has money, A lot of it, which is why he should know better than to do idiotic "ish" like that.

On the contrary, Lohan, Paris and Nicole and them other rich hoes, need to be held accountable for their actions as well. Their silly little "jail sentences" make a mockery of this stupid "legal system" in place in America. They need to recieve the adequate punishment for their crimes... but because they have money they won't. Which will most likely be the case with Michael Vick.. he has money so he'll probably be paying till he dies... very doubtful that he'll even see the inside of a jail for more than 6 months...

Which is if any of these people were poor they would recieve the max sentencing. In a capalist society, MONEY is everything... And so is CELEBRITY! We need to stop comparing which celebrity crime is worse or better... they're all wrong... whether they dog fight or drink & drive, black or white!

Dont shoot me, cuz I dont sell it anymore.... but I got two words for our legal system and po folks.... PrePaid Legal. There. I said it. The playing field gets evened, and you get the million $$ lawyer no matter WHAT color your skin or how much money you got.


BUT, the Lohan Hoes do need do go away, for a long time. And Mr Vick... He needs to buy a wardrobe of dresses and wigs.. and high tail it to Cambodia. That black man is gonna hang here for sho. Just like the Jena 6. It aint FAIR I tell you. But who cares?? Apparently not ENOUGH black people to make a change....

my comment is about kenneth foster & genarlow wilson (i took ur suggestion & googled them both). our "justice" system is absolutely pathetic! to get sentenced to death for driving a car is ludicrous (his sentence was commuted to life without parole by the governor). and to give a 17-year-old TEN YEARS in prison for having oral sex with a 15-year-old is preposterous! i could see if he was 18 & she was 15; that would be a little different. but they were both minors. where is the justice in that? the system is really about "just-us" (white people) not justice.

michael vick did something stupid & unfortunately he's going to pay dearly for it. i just hope he got a fantastic lawyer. lindsay lohan, paris hilton, & nicole richie are part of "just-us" so, of course, their punishments are lesser than a black counterpart's would be.

that just made me think about the difference in sentencing laws for possession of powder & rock cocaine. this is not a direct quote but i think crack dealers get twice as much time as powder dealers & usually powder dealers are white. when the system was made, we were still in chains, picking cotton & taking care of massa's babies. u really think they give a fuck about black people now? hell no! the only thing that changed regarding the system is the year.

While I see all of your points, I do not agree that Michael Vick and Lindsey Lohan are parallel comparissons. Drunk driving, coking, illegal drugs and assalts are all crimes for which the Lohan girls have served their times--albeit, I do not agree with the amount of time that they served...but that's a different argument. I do not know for sure if this is a race or class thing...I'm still deciding on that...Here's what my issue is...in order for us to BELIEVE in the justice system...the punishment must be consistant...Take the Ray Lewis incident...he was involved in a double homicide and is STILL playing in thr NFL...and then there's Leonard Little, who drove drunk and killed a woman...was convicted of manslaughter and was only suspended EIGHT GAMES...Does Jamal Lewis ring a bell? He was suspended FOUR GAMES for drug trafficking...and then there was the gentleman--don't remeber his name, but he killed his pregnant "baby mama"...the fact that I don't remember his name says a lot...why is he not a household name, but Michael Vick now is?

My point is this...I am in NO WAY an animal rights activist...I am about to eat a beef patty right now...however, this man did a crime. As did all of the others that I have mentioned...I think he should lose his job...but in parallel...I think all of the other men that I mentioned should as well...

These men are role models to our children whether we want them to be or not. I do not want my child to look up to a man that fries dogs for fun...

I think Vick is getting what he deserves.I think the The Lohans & Hiltons need to be serving realtime.I cant sit here and say it's black or white but i will say this system is not geared for the underprivilaged.He does not fit in that boat. We know of many that have been scorned by this system put behind bars on lesser charges lost in a system for a week before they even get to court now those issues only happen to us the black & underprivilaged.He admitted his wrongs only after others spoke out against him and the annoying factor to me for all of these (rich priviliged fools) is somewhere in society their actions are being accepted.
Also is it me or did the tv give all of these fools too much camera time like an epic made by Spilberg.Entertainment has become a reality tv show and it's name News Flash.There are more important people that deserve our time and dialogue.Sister you are right there are many athlets that have gone through this same senareo(cry for the camera)and are living well.

Though I will agree that this is america and race plays some part. It's not as big of a part as we are led to believe. The point that you failed to bring up when talking about Paris and them is that Michael Vick is rich, he has the fancy white lawyers, and will get off a lot better than a poor person would. Did he get off as well as a fair skinned Paris Hilton or Britney, or a rich white person might? Doubtful but we'll never know.
The real problem lies in class. Let me tell you a story. I have an old family friend he's white. He used to sell my friends and I pot when we were kids in the Lake Worth/West Palm Beach area. He decided to stay in that area and kept selling drugs, because he was making better money and it was easier than working. He ended up selling pain killers on the island of Palm Beach to a fat conservative windbag named Rush Limbaugh. Of course he is doing 12 years now and Rush is walking free. He is white mind you. There you see the difference in social class. God bless america!
