Music that will assist in the receiving process of this blog properly:  Heal the world/You are not alone/Will you be there.

Where do I begin?

Every so often somebody enters this world that has a higher purpose than anybody has ever seen before. Michael was this person. People have always seen Michael Jackson as the singer, dancer, writer, and performer. I saw him as all of these and none of these. I saw him as somebody who had all the ingredients to change the world. If love decided to become human, Michael Jackson would be the person responsible for holding all of the traits, ambitions, attributes, actions, and the human form that love would take. Love by itself is a beautifully wrapped conundrum. Lets think about this curious feeling for a moment.

As far as science is concerned, human beings are the only species capable of loving. Michael Jackson loved everything and everybody he came in contact with. Imagine how two grown adults can fight with each other whether it be brother and sister, brother and brother, husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter...and note how quickly this dispute can lead them to feel that they don't love the other person anymore. The love is gone.  Then you have to ask yourself after how much ridicule, hatred, abuse, cameras, flashing lights, betrayal, false accusations, false facts and rumors spread about Michael Jackson took in...and still, he didn't lose love for a single one of you.

On the contrary, he loved you more because he knew the people ridiculing him needed the love more than anybody else. The people who latch onto bringing others down to bring themselves up display something not going right within their lives. The feeling that they NEED to do this to fill a void or to get back at the world for what they have interpreted against them. Take a quick second to think of everytime you've felt alone, hated, being left behind by somebody you loved/trusted and the feeling that the world is decaying around your life. Michael was talking directly to you through his songs.

"I am here to stay. You are not alone. I am here with you."

Have you truly listened to the message in the music? He speaks about always being there for you, loving you unconditionally, hope, enduring, healing, changing the world, coming together. One of the last things he told a public crowd was the following.

"I love you. I really do. You have to know that, I love you so much. Really. From the bottom of my heart."

The world needed him. He did what he came to do. He delivered the message that we needed to hear to restore balance. Balance works by opposing forces equaling each other out. I personally believe that after a long time of war, killing millions of people, promoting hate to be the norm, Michael was that opposing force. Can you imagine hundreds of years with war, death, and hatred vs. one. He has changed the world. By reaching so many people from all around the world, he has single handedly created new doorways, new hope, new ways of thinking, new ways of bringing us together as a humanity. One man. One.

There's a quote I love and Wayne Dyer says it, it goes "Don't die with your music still in you." During the day of Michael Jackson's death my good friend, Matt Johnson, brought forward a very important lesson that I think we should all take a look at. Matt said "At least he didn't die with his music still in him." Could you imagine the tragedy of dying with all of your thoughts, ideas, dreams, wisdom, music, art, still in you? Now the question is, with everything that he has done simply by believing he could and having all the faith funneled from millions of people into one, can YOU set the new bar?

As a door closes, Millions more will open. One door at a time. Michael Jackson's aftershocks in humanity will echo louder and louder forever. Has he opened a new door for you? Will you go through it? Will you change the world and be the next one to show love to everybody? Do you think you can do it? If you think you can, you're already there. Be the next ONE that will change many. The future existence of our world depends on taking what he started and build higher and higher until our children take over the building process. Who knows where we could reach someday ALL because of one man. That one man that we all had the privilege to live in the same era with. A finite number as "One" has never been so infinite as it is today. I wonder who will be another "one" that will change millions. It all starts with one, be one.

I love you.

One,
Chris Brown

“I'm just like anyone. I cut and I bleed. And I embarrass easily.”

“Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do.”

“And my goal in life is to give to the world what I was lucky to receive: the ecstasy of divine union through my music and my dance.”

“'Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons. The truth will win this marathon in court.'”

“The meaning of life is contained in every single expression of life. It is present in the infinity of forms and phenomena that exist in all of creation.”

“My heart and prayers go out to every individual”

“I am bewildered at the length to which people will go to portray me so negatively,”

“I will say again that I have never, and would never, harm a child. It sickens me that people have written untrue things about me.”

“There's a Mother's Day and there's a Father's Day, but there's no Children's Day. It would mean a lot. World peace.”

“Let us dream of tomorrow where we can truly love from the soul, and know love as the ultimate truth at the heart of all creation.”

“If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with.”

-Michael Jackson

Good read, even though I think other animals; especially mammals, are indeed capable of loving. I remember seeing a report about an elephant who became friends with a dog, and when the zoo keepers took the dog away momentarily, the elephant became depressed and would sit and wait along in the spot where the dog usually appeared. That sounds like love to me.

My favorite songs with Michael's meanings are "Wanna be startin somethin", "Heal the World", and "Man in the Mirror". He will be remembered. When I was 7 I personally talked to Michael Jackson over the phone for a few minutes. I even didn't get to see him live, but when I told him that I loved his music and loved him, he told me, "I love you too." Amazing! No other person would of done the same unless a family member or friend.  I have been to Neverland Ranch twice through my aunt. She is Grace, Michael's kids nanny. It was great. You would've loved to have been there Chris. Thanks for writing this blog.

Anyway here are some of the lyrics that I find truly amazing by Michael Jackson:

"Stop existing and start living"
- Heal the world

"Lift Your Head Up High
And Scream Out To The World
I Know I Am Someone
And Let The Truth Unfurl
No One Can Hurt You Now
Because You Know What's True
Yes, I Believe In Me
So You Believe In You"
- Wanna be startin something

"If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself then make that change"
- Man in the Mirror

He will be missed greatly especially by me.

chris you are so articulate with emotions, and you've created an amazing tribute to someone who dealt with his own pain and anguish by doing what he could to bring joy and light to others. i think we all pray to be that person, and that more and more will take on the responsibility of loving and trusting each person they come across without fear or judgement... damn, i love you too!
