Society6 is
a new website for emerging and established artists from every creative
discipline to showcase their talent as it unfolds. Artists join the
online community which puts artists in touch with patrons offering
grants.
Society6 has created an open grants system where individuals and
organizations can easily issue money or opportunity (free products and
services) grants to creative people from around the world. Artists and
other creative people apply to these grants. The community nominates
applicants to create the list of finalists. The grant giver chooses one
applicant from the finalist list to award the grant.
