Pat Reeder just sent me these photos from the Poor David's show at the end of December.  I have no idea who the hands doing the rabbit ears belong to.  My first guess would be my husband, but the hands are too small!

And this is Laura Ainsworth, Pat's wife and collaborator.  Laura is an amazing singer and very good comedian - go see her in "My Ship Has Sailed," a show that she and Pat wrote together.  You can check for performance dates here:

Some questions/comments:
1. Mary, Wonder Woman called and said she wants her boots back.
2. How is playing at the new Poor David's? yep, it's been that long since I've been out, that I still call it 'the new' Poor David's. geeeeeeeeze!!!!
3. Is Diane under house arrest or is that a wireless system!? Never seen one worn on the ankle. You go girl!

OK, Judy - as requested!
1. Wonder Woman is not getting her boots back until she lets me borrow the Wonder tiara. (And maybe the Wonderbra!)
2. I like the new Poor David's - I think everyone still calls it that. The room is a good size -big but not cavernous and the sound is good.
3. I think Diane had just unplugged her pedals and is holding onto the powercord in that photo, unless there's something she's not telling me about her legal situation. But I know she doesn't have a wireless amp!

They do make wireless amps!  I saw a band called Nooner from Austin and the whole band had wireless amps.  They wandered around the room while they were playing.  Except the drummer - he was stuck on his throne.
