interesting stuff on the guy's site too.  i'd heard somewhere that we (humans) weren't permitted by et's to build on the moon.  you would think that after all these years since we landed there we would have at least a scientific base station or observatory.  i think either we got chased out of there or we are doing some super secret stuff up there.
