I finished Soliloquy (Hamlet) last Monday; it ended up being 10 pages.  It was a bit tougher than I thought it would be given I was adapting someone elses work.  I had to really think hard about how I wanted to compose the pages and what type of things were going on in the character's head as he spoke these words.  I feel what I've come up with is very good, possibly one of my best artistic efforts.  My friend Sam Teer is going to clean up the lettering for me, which I greatly appreciate as I suck at computers.

Already got a couple pages of "Sebastian Climbs A Mountain" done last night, and I'm really happy with how they've turned out as well.  I plan to buckle down and try to get at least 2 pages a night done.  I'm skipping my usual storyboarding process and am going straight into drawing the pages as I have most of the story in my head anyway.  It had been festering and mutating in my brain, waiting patiently for me to finish Hamlet so it could come out and play.  Very different tone and style from the Hamlet book.  I'm really excited about it.  Hopefully I'll be able to post another 4-5 page preview later this week.

It's just nice to finally get stuff done, y'know?
