Greatings all...
I am so excited to share some wonderful news! Proof that Prayers ARE answered (which we all knew anyway). I have been writing, on a daily basis, for a parenting web site (www.gradchild.com). In addition I have just been accepted as a writer for another great site; Factoidz | bite-sized knowledge. I will be a regular contributor to parenting and spirituality sections! Your support would be most appreciated. On the second site I am paid each time someone clicks on one of my articles then clicks on a google ad that appears near my article. (nothing else is required). The more who do this, the more revenue I generate! (and we all need revenue!) Sometime when you are spending a little time playing on the web, I ask only that you check it out! (As a note for those of you who do not know the "Rev" comes as a result of my ordination with the Universal Life Church!)
Additionally, I want to share that I have had a short story accepted to an on-line magazine! Sonar4Publications will publish "Countdown" in their Fall 2009 web magazine. "Countdown" is a suspense short story - focusing on that big day - 12/21/12!
Also I will have a short version of my own story published in a collaborative effort book "A Survivors Heart" to be published sometime next year. This book is filled with healing stories from trauma survivors and sales will benefit various charities that reach out to help survivors!!
Re My book (Warming the Stone Children) and writing I have three more radio show interviews scheduled and a fourth pending a date to be scheduled.
Nov. 8 at five pm Survivor Cafe Radio ( I think that is there)
Nov. 15 at 10 am Streetmasters Radio (rescheduled from Oct. 25th)
I also will soon have a regular Blogtalk radio show of my own! The focus of the show will be Healing Trauma through Spirituality (I will let you know the start date - time and days to tune in!
My publicist is also working to secure a few more speaking engagements for me, following my trip and speaking engagement at the University of West Virginia: Healing through Creativity Festival. (what an awesome time that was - I had the privilege of meeting and being with some truly amazing women!)
I also have a gallery of creations on www.zazzle.com ! I have made several different T-shirts, bumper stickers and mugs, mostly with a spiritual theme (though I couldn't resist a couple of anti-Pailin items as well! The actual link to my gallery appears under my signature bellow. I am excited to say several purchases have already been made, for which I receive a percentage of the sale!
I also have opened my own practice. My wonderful neighbor made the room off my kitchen into an office! It his a separate entrance so it is perfect! My practice is private pay only and will be geared more to spiritual counseling and/or Holistic Psychotherapy. I have decided name to the practice "Namaste Healing!"
The continued support and prayers of my friends is greatly appreciated! Check out my Adventures in Faith.
Web sites where all my work can be viewed are listed below my signature!
Thank you for your continued support - if you feel moved to forward this email to folks in your address book who might be interested in any or all of these activities, please feel free to do so.
