Avoid The Morning are now stronger than ever! We have been in the sweaty practice rooms preparing for all upcoming ATM things!
The October show has officially been announced and will take place on October 23rd 2009 at Warehouse (Moshulu) Aberdeen. This is our "Return" show from our last epic show at the Lemon Tree in July which was just a pleasure to play. Although this is our return show I truly believe this is a new beginning for us and I expect it to be the GREATEST ATM show to date!

We will be going back to Lofi Studios over the next few months the first day being October 24th (ugh early morning after our return show).
Our second EP "Memory VS Tragedy" will be released on the 12th February 2010.
